This special post is to emphasize that Dawson Road is OPEN.
While driving around to my different clients this afternoon, I heard twice on the CJOY local radio station 'Traffic Watch' that Dawson Road was closed from Shelldale to Speedvale. That is wrong information.
Upon return to my office I called the station newsroom and gave them the correct information. He said they would pass it on. I will notify my contact with the City Communications Coordinator to ensure they are passing along the correct information to the media.
Dawson Road is OPEN for business. Come onto Dawson from Willow road and travel one-way, northbound on the paved traveling lane. Remember several businesses are open Saturday and Sunday. Check their web page links in the right side bar.
Payless Mattress - check Thursday's copy of the Tribune newspaper. Payless Mattress at 86 Dawson Road has a full page ad with a money saving coupon because of the construction. Bring the coupon and shop this weekend.
